Unleash your creativity and elevate your contemporary skills at our Contemporary Workshop! This dynamic 2-hour session is divided into Junior and Senior groups (primary and secondary school-aged children), providing a tailored experience for all ages. It’s a great way to start contemporary dance, especially as we’ll be adding this to our September timetable. Dancers will dive into an exciting blend of creative tasks, improvisation, technique refinement, and choreography. We’ll explore movement in fresh and inspiring ways, drawing from the iconic techniques of Cunningham, Graham, and Limón. Delve into transformative and expressive ways of moving and dancing in this workshop, designed to inspire and challenge dancers at every level.
