1. Enrolment and Acceptance

• Enrolment is completed online via Class4Kids.

• YRAD reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a place if these Terms and Conditions are not adhered to.

2. Fees, Payments and Subscriptions

• YRAD operates a 12‑month subscription payment system.

• Fees are divided equally across the year and are payable monthly, including during school holidays or planned breaks.

Late or Failed Payments

• After three failed attempts, an administration fee may be applied.

• Persistent non‑payment may result in suspension or removal from class until the account is settled.

3. Cancellation and Notice Period

• A minimum of one full calendar month’s written notice is required to cancel a subscription.

• Notice must be received by the 1st of the month to stop payments for the following month.

• Cancellations received after the 1st will result in one further month’s payment being due.

• Rejoining after cancellation may require payment of missed instalments.

4. Attendance, Punctuality and Commitment

• Regular attendance is expected and supports safe progression.

• Students should arrive on time, appropriately dressed, and ready to participate.

• YRAD reserves the right to recommend reassessment or alternative class placement if attendance is inconsistent.
